Keyboard types multiple letters at once.

Hello,
Since this morning, the keyboard on my other PC has some issues. It's a Samsung R530 laptop running Windows 7.
When I type an "a," it types "a &&," when I type "p," it writes "mpà," and so on for almost all the keys; I get 3 characters that display.
I checked, the keyboard is indeed set to French, it is not in QWERTY, and the virtual keyboard works fine. Therefore, I assume the problem is hardware-related, but since everything was working yesterday and nothing special happened during the night (no water or crumbs falling on the keyboard), I’m not really sure what to think.
I have also restarted the PC several times with no result. If anyone has any ideas?

This topic should not be "resolved" since the provided solution does not work. After trying numerous times the ctrl key, ctrl+altgr and I don't know what other tricks, there is no change. When I press the 2 key on my numeric keypad, it continues to display &2.
