Bonjour,
J'ai un vrai probleme depuis hier. Suite à ma visite de sites à fichiers torrents, un sale virus s'est introduit sur mon ordi portable : Security Tool.
Alors j'ai deja suivi plusieurs tuto vu sur ce site, mais rien n'y faisait, alors j'ai carrément été dans les dossiers chercher ce fichier. Je l'ai trouvé et supprimé.
Seulement, depuis, mon wifi ne fonctionne plus. J'appuie sur la touche de connexion wifi, mais le voyant ne s'allume plus (j'ai tenté de me connecter tout de même, car peut etre le voyant etait en panne, mais non, rien n'y fait !)
Alors, je ne sais vraiment plus quoi faire. peut etre que je ne l'ai pas vraiment bien supprimé et qu'il bloque encore quelques programmes et fonctionnalités... J'espere que ça vient de ça en tout cas, car sinon, je suis fini.

Imprime ces instructions car il faudra fermer toutes les fenêtres et applications lors de l'installation et de l'analyse.
▶ Télécharge ici :
Malwarebytes
ou :
Malwarebytes
▶ Installe le ( choisis bien "francais" ; ne modifie pas les paramètres d'installe ) et mets le à jour .
(NB : Si tu as un message d'erreur t'indiquant qu'il te manque "COMCTL32.OCX" lors de l'installe, alors télécharge le ici : COMCTL32.OCX
▶ Potasses le Tuto pour te familiariser avec le prg :
( cela dit, il est très simple d'utilisation ).
relance malwarebytes en suivant scrupuleusement ces consignes :
! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !
▶ Lance Malwarebyte's .
Fais un examen dit "Complet" .
▶ Laisse le programme travailler ( et ne rien faire d'autre avec le PC durant le scan ).
▶ à la fin tu cliques sur "résultat" .
▶ Vérifie que tous les objets infectés soient validés, puis clique sur " suppression " .
▶ Note : si il faut redémarrer ton PC pour finir le nettoyage, fais le !
▶ Poste le rapport sauvegardé après la suppression des objets infectés (dans l'onglet "rapport/log"de Malwarebytes, le dernier en date)

va sur https://www.driverscloud.com/ avec internet explorer clic sur demarrer la detection puis "trouver les pilotes" puis telecharge et réinstalle ton pilote

Bah je cmprend pas. Ca se connecte pas via ethernet. Surement car je ne me suis jamais connecté via ethernet sur mon PC Portable..

lance-le , apres le chargement des pilotes , il va t afficher un tableau =>
colonne de gauche => ordinateur => clic droit dessus , rapport texte , puis sauvegarde-le sur ton bureau , puis poste-le via cijoint.fr
mais tu n'as meme pas les icones correspondantes au net dans la barre des taches ?
