Hello, I am a tenant on the upper floor of a house. This month, I received my rent receipt along with a bill for the property tax. Indeed, our landlord, having received the property tax notice, divides it by 4 (the number of tenants) and bills us the amount. Considering that we pay a residence tax, are we liable for this amount? Is this practice normal?

Hello.
This question is somewhat off-topic in this section of the site that is mainly dedicated to the Web.
It would be more appropriate to rephrase it on http://droit-finances.commentcamarche.net/forum/ where it can be addressed in a more targeted and relevant manner.
Thank you.
See you later.
