Problème de compilation avec CodeBlocks

Bonjour,
J'ai télécharger CodeBlock afin de crée des programme en C . Lorsque j'appuie sur la touche "Build and run" Pour tester mon programme Il m'affiche ceci :

Nothing to be done."

Que dois-je faire ?

    as tu bien telecharger code blocks avec le compilateur mingw ? ou sans ?
