Pokemon Emerald: Cross Bike Issues

Question

Hello, I'm stuck in the safari park. To get to zone 4, I need the cross bike to go over a kind of small white bridge, and even when I press B to jump with the cross bike, I can't get to the other side.

If there is a specific way to get across with the cross bike, I thank you in advance for letting me know.

If someone keeps asking the question, you need to literally press b+up or b+down at the same time just once and it will skip.

Well, you need to press B and "left or right" simultaneously, I mean at the same time,  there you go, it should work normally +

Thank you, I'm going to try it, I hadn't thought of doing the manipulation with both keys at the same time.
