Tracking a package sent via Yanwen express?

Hello,

I have a package that left China with a tracking number like YN000000000CN.

On the Yanwen site, it says it has indeed left Shanghai.

However, it is untraceable with Chronopost, DHL, and so on.

Do you know who takes over these packages in France?

It's Chronopost that delivered it to me! And with no customs :p

Huge, they can't do it any faster!! I understand why Rakuten doesn't provide a carrier name!! If I had known, I would have never ordered!! And they call this express?? I will avoid any purchase online whenever I see this name!! The first time I received my package in a month! The tracking is just for show, the second time a month and a half, finished!!

I have the same issue; I'm being told that it is stuck in customs and therefore unrecoverable.
