There is Acapela Box. These are robot voices, but it's good, and inside you can choose the voice and the language.
Rho... I'm mean, really, I dared to provide a list of about twenty text-to-speech software.

Salut, j'ai déjà cherché sur Google et Yahoo, et le lien donné plus haut mais c'est en anglais. Est-ce que quelqu'un connaît un lecteur de texte en français, s'il vous plaît ?
On the Google site, you can translate the page into French. These two voice recognition systems sound like robots speaking; it's not excellent. Study this software as well, and DSpeech isn't bad either.
