Password system issue

Hello, I have a problem with my Dell D630 laptop. I entered the setup and changed some security parameters and the password. Now it starts up but gives a system password message. I need a solution to find this password please, thank you.

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

    clear cmos or remove the battery for a few minutes!
