Hello,

I have a Packard Bell running Windows 7 which was working perfectly until this morning. It crashed. I turned off the computer which restarted while cleaning up the data. Now, as soon as I get to the desktop, it asks me to choose between getting genuine Windows or asking me later. When I click to get my genuine Windows back, it shows an error and sends me directly to a version without my data, which I can find in computer-user... but it does not restore the computer to how it should be.

The technique that involves using the command prompt doesn’t work!

What should I do to get back my genuine Windows? Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.5.13

Me too, it was working very well until the day when I got the message at startup. When I clicked on "ask later," I ended up with a black screen and Windows 7 7600 saying this copy is not genuine, even though it was working perfectly before (I normally use the legal version of Seven, I entered my activation key and everything).
