Shameful event passion unacceptable

I bought tickets in October 2009 for the U2 concert at Stade de France on 09/18/2010. Eleven days before, Passion Event sent me an email informing me that they were unable to provide the tickets.
No explanation and of course, they were unreachable by phone.
I had to manage to find others at a much higher cost.
So, when it comes to seriousness and professionalism, Passion Event is worth NOTHING.

    I am like you 10 days before the U2 concert on September 18, email notification regarding the cancellation of the ticket, phone number for the contact person who tells me that I will be refunded within 15 days.
    This is a huge scam, do not buy tickets from "PASSION-EVENTS".

      Good evening, I am in the same situation but I just found out about it!!! Four days before the concert!!!! AN UNACCEPTABLE SHAME!!!! They worked with our money for over a year (478 euros, by the way!!!). I am not going to stop here and I will file a complaint for moral damages or even check with 60 million consumers because we are not the only ones in this situation! We need to mobilize and not accept this kind of scam!! Waiting over a year to finally see them on stage (it’s not every year...) and in the end, "well no, you won't see them." I am FURIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!! According to what I have read on the forums, their supplier screwed them over 500 tickets. Plus, they are unreachable by phone!! And for good reason!! I am not going to recommend buying tickets on their piece of crap site. At least with CARREFOUR or any other major retailer, it’s a SURE THING!!!!!! FURIOUS +++++++++++++++++++++++++

      I have a friend who hasn't received his tickets ordered since November 11, 2009, for U2
      golden square, and they cost 758 euros. They are thieves; no email, no phone call. If someone knows the procedure to get a refund, thank you.

        me too, never received my tickets, I had to buy 2 more on eBay because they were Christmas gifts for my kids!
        I would also like to know the procedure? If anyone has had the same issues (apparently Muse Mylene Farmer!), could you please tell us how you were refunded? Thank you.

    WE BOUGHT 3 TICKETS IN CATEGORY 3!!! AND NEVER RECEIVED THE TICKETS
    THIS SITE IS A SCAM
    WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND!!!

    Hello everyone!
    Unfortunately, we are also in the same situation: tickets ordered as early as October 2009 (gold square at €478), and being informed by SMS 5 days before the concert that we wouldn't have our precious tickets!!
    Disgust and anger!!! However, we managed to contact them by phone and received a "confirmation" of a refund within 15 days. Can we trust them after these events??!! In any case, our money has been working for a year!! Good luck to everyone and let's fight to eliminate these parasitic companies!!!

      And see the steps to take in case of non-delivery?
