Conflit avec mc afee virus scan 10

bonjour,

j ai un souci depuis que j ai mc afee viruscan 10 sur mon pc.
mon pc se bloque a la fermeture de windows.
je suis donc all¨¦e dans msconfig pour tout decocher et recoher mes logiciels 1 a la fois et j ai repere que le fichier oasclnt.exe (mcafee)etait mon souci.

j ai donc fait un tchat avec mc afee. ca ne m a pas vraiment aid¨¦ puis quils m ont donn¨¦ de la doc en anglais et , quand je fais la traduction google c est du charabia :

Suggested Solution #1 (update your software that uses DLA)
Identify the software vendor that utilizes DLA (i.e. IBM Drive Letter Access, Veritas Drive Letter Access, Hewlett Packard Drive Letter Access, or Stomp RecordNow).
Navigate to their website.
Download and install the latest update to that software.
Attempt to reboot normally to verify the problem no longer exists.
Suggested Solution #2 (uninstall the DLA software if it is not being used)
Click Start ¡ú Run ¡ú Type services.msc click OK.
Locate and right-click McAfee.com McShield and click Properties.
Change the Startup Type to Disable.
Uninstall the DLA software via the 'Add/Remove Programs' applet of the Control Panel.
Reboot your PC (you may have to power down using the power button on your computer case).
Click Start ¡ú Run ¡ú Type services.msc click OK.
Locate and right-click McAfee.com McShield and click Properties.
Change the Startup Type to Enable.
Close the Services window.
Attempt to reboot normally to verify the problem no longer exists.
