Changement carte graphique

Bonjour, je voudrais changer ma carte graphique,
Radeon HD 5450
Radeon HD 5570
Radeon HD 5670

elles embarquent toutes DirectX11 (Shader 5.0)

GeForce G210
GeForce GT 220

Sinon je souhaiterais une cartes Shader 4.0 ou 4.1. Mais je ne sais pas si ma configuration pourra les accepter, ou si je devrais changer quelque truc. (j'ai vue avec le site ma-config.com)
