bug issue in The Sims 2

Question

Someone can help me solve a DVD bug problem for The Sims 2. The issue is the following: when a Sim is happy, a blue light appears to show the area where they are content. For me, my DVD bugs at that moment when the blue light appears above the character's head, which causes my game to crash. I'm trying to solve the problem but I'm not succeeding. Please help me.

Hello, this is horrible!!! My Sims won't move, they're frozen and time won't advance... I think I know why: I typed in the cheat code: "boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true". It's a dangerous code but I didn’t know that, so I left my game without disabling the code. I read on another forum that the only way would be to reinstall the Sims, but I don’t want to start over... Hello, I also have a problem with the code bar: When I click on ctrl shift c, the bar won't show up. I've tried many times in pause, in build mode, in live mode, I left without saving and then came back, I tried again and it still doesn't work.

Hello, I have a little problem!! It's very simple: I'm at the top of the stairs, and my sim is still "alive," but there seems to be a barrier preventing them from moving... all the other family members are moving, and on top of that, this sim is blocking the others from passing on the stairs (which means the whole family is stuck upstairs!!
