Bonjour,
J'ai gros souci,mon pc devient long d'un coup et je suis obligée de l'éteindre à l'arrache, je crois avoir un virus aidez moi svp

salut , de 1) quel est ton antivirus 2) ta config ? ^^ ! il plante d'un coup ou sur une execution asser lourde ?

Merci pour ta réponse,,,,, j'ai kaspersky 9, windows 7 et mon pc ben il s'exécute très lentement ,, je suis alors obligée de l'arrêter de force et cela n'arrive pas au démarrage mais après un moment quoi...

alors...je te conseil ce logiciel Advanced SystemCare dispo ici: https://www.iobit.com/en/advancedsystemcarefree.php ce logiciel sert a booster ton pc en réorganisant ton registre,tes clées d'entrée et tout plein de truc sympa qui font dégue un ordi xD (il est payant mais le version free est largement suffisant...) voila test ça et tien moi au courant

test ce logiciel ! et si ton pc bug encore (j'en doute) alors change d'antivirus et remplace kaspersky qui consomme bien en ressource pour pas grand chose... je te conseil avira antivir...et lance un scan complet...tu vérras si ta un virus ^^ mais test Advanced SystemCare avant !!!

Ben , j'ai testé le logiciel, il a effectué pas mal de réparation,,,,pour le moment mon ordi ne plante pas,, j'attends pour voir....merci encore pour ton aide....c génial ce forum....

non, ce n'est pas ca, j'ai fait un scan avec malwarebytes et j'ai trouvé plein de virus voici le rapport
c'est sympa de vouloir m'aider mais j'aurai besoin de qlq1 qui m'aide à désinfecter mon pc helpppppppppppppppppppp please

config=la puissance de ton pc si t'as un config faible genre amd+5500 avec 256mo de ram ça s'est un config faible => gros rameur ^^ et les virus n'ont rien avoir...donc avec une ptite config des petits conflits peuvent en devenir des énormes=>ton cas....

non ce n'est pas mon cas, j'ai un bon pc
voici la configuration
HP pavillion notebook
intel core 2 duo cpu 2.2GHz
mémoire 4Go


je crois que tu es sur une fausse piste....le pb ce n'est pas la machine, c les virus qui le rendre lourd,,,,,, j'en suis sure maintenant faut q je trouve une solution,,, j'attends tjrs de l'aide du forum...
