Hello,
I must urgently print about twenty pages on A3 paper. My Word document is in A4, and I would like the text to be on the right side of the A3 sheet (landscape mode), so that after folding, it forms a type of folder with the text on it, into which I can slide documents.
Thank you for your valuable help for a novice on this site.

Hello,
Can the procedure for printing an A5 on the right side of an A4 be adjusted and applied?
In Word, create a two-page A5 document with the first page blank.
Set the layout to portrait.
In the printer properties, select A4 size, landscape orientation, and the two pages per sheet option.

Thank you all. I tried insertion and copy/paste. It only took the first page. In fact, I did it a little differently: I switch to landscape mode, select A3 paper, select all my text, and set a margin in the middle of my length. And there you go.
In fact, as I suggested here https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-18975607-imprimer-du-a4-sur-la-droite-d-une-feuille-a3#5

Quite delicate to explain: you have to juggle between the layout and the printing settings, provided you already have a printer that accepts A3....
But if you have a copier, you print your A4 pages normally and then copy them onto A3... on the right side.

I don't remember, but in the layout settings of Word, isn't there an option for A3?

Well, yes, I select A3, and when I print, it aligns the text to the top left or center. The challenge is to position the text on the right. I tried the book format, but that puts text on the left and right, with a separation in the middle to fold the sheet. I need that, but without the left writing.
One possibility:
Create the document in A3, set it to the correct orientation, create a text box from the "insert" menu, and copy/paste everything you want into it.
Once the text box is properly positioned (right-click "properties") on the page, whatever is inside will either fit or not fit... but it will always be in the same place on the A3 page.
