Que dois-je effacer?

Bonjour,


je ne m'y connais pas du tout en informatique , j'aurai besoin de votre aide, mon ordinateur devient très lent, il ne fonctionne pas correctement, j'ai dû effacer des bases , impossible pour moi de récuperer l'onglet msn, quand je le retélecharge, une fenêtre m'indique qu'il est déja installer sur mon ordinateur, bref j'ai téléchargé hijackthis merci de m'indiquer ce que je dois effacer? et comment récuperer msn messenger
