Resolve the objective check error issue

Hello,

I just bought the Fuji lens: 50-140mm f2.8 (it's new). When I attach it to my body (x-h1), it says "lens error problem." Can you help me?
PS: The body is only 7 months old and works perfectly with all my other lenses.
The body is updated and the lens as well.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 100.0.4896.127

Hello,
If the firmware is up to date (the XF50-140mmF2.8 R LM OIS WR requires version 1.30 or later), sometimes it's enough to clean the mounts (camera and lens) for it to work. If that's not the case, you will likely need to arrange for service.
