    Good evening, the password for luckyjoycleaner is TERMINAL (in caps). To find it, it's easy thanks to the map with many letters and the amulet: you have to place the amulet in the rounded corners on the map and in the hollow of the amulet, one letter. Do it from left to right and from bottom to top and you will find the word.
    I found this following the email I sent to the address Victor gave to Cathy...
