Send private messages on Dofus

Hello, when I'm playing Dofus I want to talk to one of my friends but when I send the message nothing appears. I've already cleared the cache 3 times and reinstalled the game 2 times but it still doesn't work!
Please help me.

    There are small colored boxes to check; the blue box is the one for MP (private message). If it's not checked, that's normal... if you don't know that, then I don't know.
