Probleme demarage windows

Bonjour,
voila j'ai un gros probleme enfaite jai voulue faire une MAJ de window mais maintenant que je redamarre l'ordi avec l'ios
un ecran bleu se met avec ecris :
STOP: C0000139 (entry point not found )
the provedure entry point wcsncpy_s could not be located in the dynamic link library ntdll.dll.
Voila j'ai tous essayer .. mode sans echec etc etc ... rien ne change
Peut etre avez vous une solutions ?
