My friend's computer has a virus in the BIOS and I don't know how to remove it.
Could you please give me some advice to solve the problem?
If there is software to do this work, I would like to know it.

As you can see, I have received your response to my question. However, I would like to clarify that the computer in question starts up, but what makes me fear that a virus is in the BIOS is that before Windows starts, a bunch of symbols appears on the black screen in languages I don't know, and underneath each one, it says command or incorrect file. Is this a sign of BIOS contamination?
On the other hand, many people advise me against updating the BIOS due to the risk of losing my motherboard.

Download a good antivirus, Kaspersky or McAfee. Allow exceptions in the firewall. Change the home page (for IE it's in Tools, Internet Options) and if that doesn't work, reinstall your internet browser.
