Activate point on the numeric keypad (Seven)

Hello,
Can you tell me how to activate the period on my numeric keypad (on Seven)? It currently types a comma. Before my kids touched it, I had it activated and it was working fine.

control panel>>regions and language>formats>additional settings>decimal symbol and change the comma to the point >apply
