Hello, I am currently writing a complete solution for this game: there are several chapters: here they are in order:
I-Curiomarcher.
II-On the way to town!
III-The town.
IV-Selma Crabe.
V-The robot woman.
VI-Deadbranch.
VII-The creature of the night.
VIII-The vampire.
IX-The creamery.
X-Division 41.

Given the number of chapters and their lengths, I will break the solution into pieces: one post per chapter....

Here is Chapter IV:

IV-Selma Crab.

Just like usual: you need to find this woman's house... Once you’ve done that, all you have to do is talk to her and do everything you can to get her to give you a job... It seems to me that it’s Carlos, Selma's husband, who will give you the job... Once you have the little job, all you have to do is go see the Curiomarcher: you'll see the woman and ask her for two things:
-1: A road map;
-2: Garlic cloves, rose seeds, and all the other available seeds...

Once this is done, return, thanks to the road map, to Selma's house.... Plant the garlic cloves and retrieve the pacemaker buried in the rose bed... Then go to a house equipped with a TV and watch Miam TV... Gain 4 cooking points, return to Selma's to prepare the hamburgers...
Enter the bathroom, clean the toilet, the bathtub, then the sink: you find a burned ring in the latter.
Talk about your strange discoveries and don't forget to ask for your salary each time...

Now go home to learn more about the circumstances of the death of your ghosts and the means to make them decay twice this story clarified, you can return to Selma's garden... Open the pool pump and find one of your ghosts' bathing shorts: then go bury it in one of the flowerbeds.... Once this is done, go see your maid to check if the ghost has left.

Go ask for more explanations about the death of her husbands: she doesn’t want to say anything, but if you intimidate her, she’ll spill the beans.... Go tell this new information to Carlos: he leaves the house immediately.

Here is Chapter I: Curiomarcher...

Welcome to The Sims 2 on PSP:

We begin our adventure with a perfectly ordinary scene: you find yourself stranded with your vehicle... To start, you are in a garage, right in the middle of the American desert... You have several problems that arise:
_ First: The mechanic refuses to fix your car: he thinks you should become friends with his mechanic, and that Michelangelo painted the Mona Lisa....
_ Second: The mechanic disappears under ridiculous circumstances...

l-Curiomarcher.

Let's immediately tackle the first problem: Go see the mechanic (Oscar), and choose the "talk to" option. Chat with him until a mini-game starts: you just need to spot the image at the top among the options below... Once you've filled the bar next to the character's photo, you've won.... Then, try to get a discount on the repair.... Next, exit, then go left (from your character's perspective)... Collect all the small blue-silver objects, then head directly near the road: spot a double red door (near the miniature rocket...) Go directly see the black lady behind the white counter on your left at the entrance.
Talk to her: she asks you to perform actions, in addition to listening to her: do everything she tells you. After her chatter, check if Oscar has finished....

II - On the way to the city!

He then tells you that you must have a house there: nothing simpler: Sonia will sell you hers for a pittance... All that's left is to get in the car...

III-The town.

Go find a house with a TV: flip through the channels until you find Gadget TV: watch the phrase displayed above the TV: do what it says, and you earn a point in mechanics, do this 2 times, then return to your employer, and use the "Examine" option on the shelf at the back left of the room: you notice that it consists of a mechanism: now use the "Open" option on the same shelf: the door opens, and a man in a jumpsuit steps forward: he tells you his name is "Doctor Despote": he talks to you and says that you need to get out of the house: there's no need to discuss, you know what you have to do...

V-The robot woman.

Go to a house where there is a woman dressed in red, who is normally near the junction... The man tells you, if you go see him, that he finds his wife strange, and that he would like you to befriend her (Relationship 4): do what needs to be done, then "Talk to" her: she experiences a computer Bug: you learn that she is a Robot... You chat a bit with her: she tells you that Doctor Desspote and she invented a Software, and that this software is located in Doctor Desspote's secret room: you just have to go hack that computer, and give this virus to the woman: afterwards, Doctor Desspote asks you for three things: the first is to say 3 words to the robot: write them down on a piece of paper...; the second is to make a small cow, and give it to her; the third is to retrieve a Hyper-attractor: do all of this (In the Robot's house, and more precisely in the gadget room: you will find the machine to make the small cow, and the hyper-attractor. When you say the three words to the woman, she leaves: after completing these three tasks, go see the husband: he tells you that you made a huge mistake... You just have to take the detector: you need to go to Branchemorte: for this, go to the intersection, and take the right path: you will arrive in a small town: in the church, you will find a piece of body, at the end of the cemetery, on the left, upon entering... Otherwise, go to the back right (WARNING: ZOMBIES LOWER YOUR REASON METER!!!!!! WARNING)

VI-Branchdead.

Go talk to the saleswoman (If she doesn't give you what follows, go see the woman in the chapel...), and she will give you this message: the woman inside the chapel thinks it belongs to her: but that's false... So go see the woman in question: she tells you she has proof: a will, which is in the library. Go check the old building, and go all the way to the back: you find an overturned shelf: you just have to search it, and give the will to the saleswoman... Once you've settled the matter (I don't remember the exact sequence of these events, but there’s a conflict to resolve between these two women...), go to the bar: you need to talk to the man behind the brown counter...

VII-The creature of the night.

There is a weird creature lurking at night in this part of the town: the pub owner asks you to find out WHO this creature is... Who is actually the owner's daughter (The blonde with pigtails...). Once you know that, make a taser, and go talk to the girl: do everything you can to tase her quickly... This could go south.... Once the creature is fried, you just have to talk to the owner to ask for a reward...

VIII-The vampire.

A vampire... That was the last thing we needed... So go see the man in the library: he has good information on the matter... But well: you need to go do research in the old buildings, then find the vampire's tomb, then go see Virginie, and become friends with her... Then she bites you... You need to prepare a remedy, which is in the toolbox: once you gather the ingredients, you just have to make the potion and give it to Virginie.

IX-The creamery.

A crazy story: men are doing a cult for a little cow... Madness! To start, you need a phrase to enter: a man in a white outfit is handing out leaflets: take one from him, write the phrase on a piece of paper, and recite the phrase to the guy. Once you’ve done that, you just have to find a man who is in one of the rooms of a small apartment, directly to the left when you enter. Once the man asks you 3 things (I believe you need to be friends with a herd member, learn the basics of the ritual, have the answers to his test, and also have his little booklet...) A woman, dressed in brown, would do the trick... Once you've reached Relationship level 4, you can ask her to train you! Then, go practice! It’s easy!
Then, get the little Booklet at the cash register of the creamery, or from the man shouting outside! After that, go back to the man from the start of this chapter (In the small apartment...): he tells you that we can now perform the end of the little cow ritual... Don’t do it, and let’s head straight to Division 41...

X-The Division 41.
Once you arrive in division 41, you may notice a flying saucer crashed in the yard, near the fence... You'll soon understand why... Go ahead, after passing by a small building on your left, turn left, then right: a larger building stretches out before you: enter it, then go find a corporal, or something that resembles it: get hired: you have to clean the toilets and do several other small tasks: finish all the little jobs, and chat with everyone available in the company: in the end, you learn that a man has lost his baby: we will remedy this: you now have access to the building to the right of the entrance: it’s time to go through the door in front of the entrance to this building (When you’re inside, of course!). After that, intimidate the Sims In Black... Once the door opens, go through it and visit each room... Then go to the back room: go through the door (You just have to walk through it...), and head straight to the computer (IF YOU CAN'T GET TO THIS STAGE OF THE GAME, IT MEANS YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO COMPLETE THE FINAL RITUAL.... IF THAT'S THE CASE, YOU JUST HAVE TO FINISH IT, START AGAIN ON NEW BASSES, AND COME BACK TO DO THE NEXT PART LATER...)
Once you finish the test, you just have to take the teleporter and head to the herd: complete the final ritual, then move on to the next chapter!

XI-The final battle!

For the final battle, one thing is certain: clear your list of objectives as quickly as possible... Then, take the teleporter and head to the "Monument": the goal is simple: unplug the cow, hack the computer, and go see the doctor! Once the battle is over, you can take the helmet floating in the void: it will give you secondary objectives...

OFFICIAL END...

PS: You haven't finished the game: you still have to get home, but we'll leave you the joy of finding it yourself: after all, the solution is close to you, yet so far!!!
