Keyboard issue in VMware

Hello,

I installed Ubuntu 10.04 on VMware. The installation went fine, but the problem is that when I move the mouse into the screen to enter my password, my keyboard stops responding. However, when I go back to my main desktop, the keyboard works. I don't understand how to get my keyboard to work in VMware, please help me.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.3

Is it in USB? If so, add the USB controllers to your VM ;)

Thank you for responding so quickly. Yes, my keyboard is USB, but I plugged it in via USB and also with a PS2 adapter, but it still doesn't work, and in the USB controllers of my VM, I enabled it, but there's still no response.
