Hello
Following a system restore, I had to delete the file (VCL50.BDL). An error message appeared.
It indicated that the launched program could not succeed and that by reinstalling (VCL50.BDL) it should return to normal
-- where can I find it and in which location should the master (the program and Panda antivirus)

I suppose you mean: the program is panda antivirus
I can't tell you for sure where to install it. Probably in C:\Windows\system or ....\system32.
