I have a compatible USB data cable for the Sagem my V55, but I can't find the driver CD.

Can anyone tell me where to download the drivers or how to proceed knowing that Windows obviously doesn't recognize this hardware?

Hello old hunchbacked bison, so I spoke with the dealer and he told me to go on Planete Sagem and download My Picture and Sound, but it doesn't work because my computer tells me "this space does not exist in HTML mode and that I need to download the Flash plugin." I download the plugin but then it gives me the same message again. I'm desperate, I'm fed up, nothing works, I'm so done. Please help me!

Hello, I have a Sagem myC5-2T mobile phone and I have the same problem. I bought a driver and a USB cable, which I installed. Apparently, it is installed correctly as it is listed in my installed programs (in the control panel). But I have no user manual or help with the driver, so I don’t know how to transfer my photos to my computer. Thank you if someone can help me too.

Hi everyone!! For over a month, I've been struggling with my USB port!! I have a Sagem My C5-2T (and from what I can see, I'm not the only one having problems with this phone!!) but it's installed on the PC... but as soon as I try to access my photos, it keeps asking me to reinstall it. I went to a store and a guy told me I should go to the Sagem website and download drivers, but I don’t know where exactly to go or how I could transfer my photos to my computer!! I really hope I can put them on my computer one day because USB ports don't cost 5 euros either. Please help me, and preferably as soon as possible! Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, first of all: it's not really won yet but there is clear progress (after 3 hours though) I have a my700Xi. I downloaded from planetsagem: mpas 7.15 and the usb driver compatible with vista (why vista, don't ask me, just a guess!!) my pc recognizes the phone (that's already not bad!!!!)  my phone broke down (white screen); so to recover the photos and the contacts, I thought I could do it through the pc. that's why I ended up installing these 2 drivers.  I still can't recover the data on my phone: maybe because my phone is broken or there's something else to do  if it works for you by installing these 2 drivers, please let me know. thanks  and happy downloading

The issue, for my part, with my my 700x, is that once the drivers are installed, once everything is connected, my explorer offers me 2 removable disks... except that when I try to open them, it asks me to insert a disc into the drive that I clicked on (?!!)  And there, I'm lost.

Hello everyone,  Recently, I bought a cable with the software for a Sagem MYC5-2 When I install it, a window appears telling me this: An original device driver has been found. Handset Manager cannot operate correctly with the original driver. Remove the driver using the original uninstallation program.  Can you tell me how to proceed, as I've spent 2 days on this and I'm losing it! I should mention that I uninstalled Phonetools that I had before buying this new cable!  Thank you for your answers.
