Worn micro-usb cable

Hello,

I notice that the USB cables I use to charge my phone through the wall adapter tend to wear out very quickly. In fact, for my first charger, one of the small golden parts broke off, which prevented it from working. However, the replacement one just failed after less than a year of use (but this time the micro-USB port is intact). So I wonder if it's not my usage that reduces their lifespan.

Thank you.

In general, a USB cable lasts as long as or even longer than the device it charges. It depends on the quality of the cable or the device.

But above all, you need to be careful when using it, as it remains fragile.
