I'm Canadian too ^^'. And I don't think it's from Canada. I believe it comes from your internet connection, so the only solution is to improve your reception by buying a new antenna. You can contact your ISP (internet service provider) and ask them why you can't view that video. Besides, can't you see it anywhere else? Can you give me the link to the video?
