Unable to execute write

Hello,

I have a problem with burning. My DVD reader works properly, but when I want to burn a CD, an error message appears: "unable to execute write burning failed." I've used CDBurnerXP, it didn't work, and I also used NERO 10, which didn't work either. Please help me urgently, thank you.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.6

    What is the nature of the data that you burn? I have encountered situations where the data was corrupted, and therefore the CD was also corrupted in the end. When downloading the same data again but this time undamaged, the CD worked.

    It's the same for me as it is for you, with a blank CD/RW! =/

      Hello, same issue, I want to burn a CD with MP3, I tried with the Windows Media burner, and it didn't work, so I tried installing Nero and still the same message "cannot execute write" about 20% into the burning process
      Does anyone have an idea?
      My drive works as I installed all my software with it as the drive...
      I have Win 7 64-bit
