Hello,

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 7.0 I bought printable labels BIC Pimaco No. A4263 but in Word 2007 it doesn't appear in the list and no matter how I create a new label format, it doesn't work and I don't know what to do. I went to the BIC website and downloaded a log to be able to print, but when I do a preview, there's nothing. Could you help me print these labels?
Thank you in advance.

Hi

No matter how much I create a new label format, it doesn't work

That doesn't mean much. Please explain yourself better by describing how you proceed, because there shouldn't be any reason for "it not to work."

Here I went to this site that explains how to do https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/office/cr%c3%a9er-et-imprimer-des-%c3%a9tiquettes-82086c07-2afa-4982-9d7d-9c9141d5035b?ocmsassetid=hp010078592&ctt=3&correlationid=507ab1c4-e223-432f-a561-dbf8fba03771&ui=fr-fr&rs=fr-fr&ad=fr#BM5

so in Word I go to Mailings then Labels then Options and I'm looking for the supplier but it's not there so I create it I go to New Label and there I create the dimensions of the labels which are 38.1 x 99.0 mm 7 in height and 2 in width but Word doesn't want to.

Did you follow all this? If so, I don't see why it doesn't work, or you can try starting from an existing template (here the herma 4267), then click on new label and modify the characteristics.

The reference number of my label sheets does not appear in the options provided in the Labels Options dialog. You can still print your labels. You just need to customize some settings. 1. Measure the labels on your sheet, note the dimensions obtained and the number of labels per sheet. Note: Measure your labels very carefully. The actual size of your labels may be smaller than what the manufacturer claims. For example, a label that is 2.5 cm by 5 cm may actually measure 2.4 cm high by 4.8 cm wide. 2. In the Reference Number list, click on the type of label that matches your dimensions. If the type of label you want to use is not listed in the Reference Number list, you can use another label from the list or create your own custom labels. 3. Click on Details and compare the dimensions of the label and the number of labels per sheet (for labels printed on laser or inkjet printers) or the number of columns on the label form (for labels printed on dot matrix printers). 4. Do one of the following: * If the labels have the same format and layout as your labels, use the selected label. * Otherwise, click Cancel and move to step 5. 5. In the Labels Options dialog, click on the type of printer (either Continuous-feed Printers or Sheet-fed Printers), then click on New label. 6. Type a name in the Label Reference box, select the height, width, margins, and other options for your label, then click OK. The new label appears in the Reference Number list as Label Name - Customize. Since the label is placed in the Other/Custom category, make sure to select Other/Custom in the Labels Suppliers list the next time you use it.

ok it worked, I followed your instructions and everything is great. However, is it possible to insert an image with the address I put on my label and change the writing and the format? Because I don't see if we can change it. Thank you in advance.

yep
add a graphic to labels If you want to add a graphic to the labels printed on a sheet-fed printer (rather than a continuous feed printer), you need to add it to all the labels. 1. Place the cursor where you want to insert the graphic. 2. In the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click on Picture or Clip Art. Image from the Word ribbon 3. Find the graphic and double-click on it. 4. If you need to resize the graphic, select it and drag one of the corner resizing handles until you reach the desired size. Using a corner handle keeps the height-to-width ratio intact. 5. If the graphic does not align with the text of the label, right-click on the graphic and do the following: 1. Point to Text Wrapping and click on More Layout Options. 2. Click on the Text Wrapping tab, then under Wrap Style, click on Square. 3. Click on the Image Positioning tab and under Horizontal, click on Alignment. Then click on the desired alignment: Left, Centered, or Right. 4. Click OK. 6. To add the graphic to all the labels, select it and press CTRL+C. 7. Move to the next label on the sheet and place the cursor where you want to insert the graphic. Press CTRL+V. 8. Repeat the previous steps for each label on the sheet.

you have to do it label by label

for the font and the format, you select your entire page (actually the table that forms your label sheet) and change the font

I did as explained, thank you, but the labels are printing vertically.
How do I set my label sheet to landscape format so that my labels print horizontally?
Please?? Thank you

Hello, I also bought BIC PIMACO labels and here's how I managed to print them. Indeed, in Word I don't have the option for this label, and although it says "microsoft word pimaco A4 356", I couldn't find these specifications in the Microsoft labels. And it's impossible to create my own label. I wasted a lot of time trying to create my own label.
This is the response above from a user that helped me, talking about HERMA labels, as there is indeed an impressive dropdown of HERMA references: I went to look at HERMA labels and I searched for the ones that were identical to the BIC labels. Simply on Google, I typed "HERMA label 2.54 6.35" and I found the HERMA 8837 reference... which is identical to my BIC PIMACO labels.
