Bonjour,
J'ai choppé un virus apperament assez vicieux. AVG me détecte TROJAN HORSE COLLECTED.5.L et A2 détecte rootkit.win32.agent.I.
le fichier infecté est msdirectx.sys. évidemment on ne peut pas supprimer ce fichier, il est recréé a chaque fois.
j'ai lu dans ce forum des procédures pour éradiquer ce virus, je les ai suivi à la lettre mais sans succès. je ne possède pas les fichiers décrit dans ces procédures.
si une ame charitable veut passer un peu de temps sur mon problème, je lui en sertais vraiment très reconnaissant, car là je crois que je suis prêt du pétage de boulon...
j'ai fais un hijack et voici le LOG

Franchement je sais pas comment vous faites pour comprendre ce genre de trucs ..... mais bon respect, il faut le faire.

¤Désactive ta restauration système (uniquement si tu es sous XP):
Clic droit sur poste de travail puis,
propriété, tu cliques sur onglet restauration système
tu coches la case « désactiver la restauration » et applique.

¤Démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

¤Affiche tous les fichiers et dossiers :
Clique sur démarrer/panneau de configuration/outil/option des dossiers/affichage
Coche « afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés »
Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"
Décoche « masquer les extensions dont le type est connu »
Puis fais «Ok» pour valider les changements.
Et appliquer !

¤Vide tes fichiers temps et tempory internet file:

vider tout le contenu de ces dossiers.

bon, j'ai suivi ta procédure à la lettre, quelques problèmes sont
apparus et le problème persiste, AVG me détecte toujours le Trojan horse collected.5.L sur le fichier msdirectx.sys.
Lors de ta procédure :
je n'ai pas trouvé toutes les lignes que tu m'a dite dans hijack this.
par exemple, je n'avais pas de pokapoka 70 mais pokapoka 69,...
Ensuite je fichier xpjava.exe n'a pas pu etre supprimé , accès refusé.
voila je te met un nouvel hijack this et j'attends.

apparus et le problème persiste, AVG me détecte toujours le Trojan horse collected.5.L sur le fichier msdirectx.sys.
Lors de ta procédure :
je n'ai pas trouvé toutes les lignes que tu m'a dite dans hijack this.
par exemple, je n'avais pas de pokapoka 70 mais pokapoka 69,...
Ensuite je fichier xpjava.exe n'a pas pu etre supprimé , accès refusé.
voila je te met un nouvel hijack this et j'attends.

Clique sur démarrer/panneau de configuration/outil/option des dossiers/affichage
Coche « afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés »
Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"
Décoche « masquer les extensions dont le type est connu »
Puis fais «Ok» pour valider les changements.
Et appliquer !

Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

attention seulement les fichiers (si présents).
