PC très lent depuis peu.

Bonjour à tous,
Voila, je ne suis pas novice en informatique, mais je suis confronté à un problème que j'ai du mal à résoudre.
Depuis l'installation sous windows vista du pack sp2, je constate une lenteur qu'il n'y avait pas avant, notamment à la fermeture de Windows. Avant mon pc mettait une minute à s'éteindre, il lui faut aujourd'hui autour de 7-8 minutes.
Aussi, Firefox se bloque instantanément alors que je surfe. Il charge indéfiniment, et lorsque que je le ferme pour le relancer, j'ai le message "Firefox est déjà en cours d'utilisation, merci de fermer l'application ou redémarrer le pc". En effet, le processus tourne dans mon gestionnaire, mais impossible de le clore. J'ai désinstallé TOTALEMENT Firefox et réinstallé et c'est quand je crois avoir résolu le problème que ce dernier revient !

Je possède AVG antivirus (à jour), zone alarm(version gratuite firewall, à jour) et nettoie quotidiennement mon ordinateur via ccleaneur ou bien ad aware (à jour).

J'ai généré un log hijackthis, je l'ai soumis à l'analyseur http://www.hijackthis.de/fr, et rien n'en est sortie.
