Hello,
actually I'm playing with my character and I'm with a girl (100 and 100) when I click on her it says propose... but there is no move in together option, only engagement request... If it helps, I had previously moved in with another sim but she had a love aspiration so I removed her.
Thanks in advance
Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 3.6.3

Aren't there 2 actions? It seems to me there are Propose and Request. And for engagements and marriage, I believe it's under Request.
Otherwise, you can move her in manually. Actually, you sell all her stuff so she has some cash; if you want to keep anything, you put it in the inventory, then you destroy the walls, and then you have nothing left.
Then you go to Neighborhood, in House, you evict the household or something like that (there's a button on the side; and if it’s not in House, it's in Family).
You click on your daughter's lot, she goes into the Families' inventory, you click on Move In (or Place Family) and you click on the house of the one with whom you want her to move in.
WARNING, THIS WAY OF DOING THINGS ABOVE ONLY WORKS AFTER INSTALLING CERTAIN EXPANSIONS.
Finally, the last way is simply to have an Engagement and then Marriage. When you get married, the other sim automatically moves in. -
The thing is, the girl isn't in the neighborhood... otherwise, I would have already done it xDD anyway, thanks anyway.

AH! I see your problem! You want a "background" character (who was created by the game developers and wanders in front of your house, whom you see in community lots, etc.) to move in with your sims ^^
Well... Did you check the first way? If not, it's the third one... -
Actually, I tried to get married because I thought about it, but I bought the sort of arch and everything, but when I invite her to marry me (intimately without throwing a party) I can't click on the arch ^^' If you have a solution for that, I've solved my problems.
P.S: I’m already engaged to her. -
Well, you click on the other sim, you propose/ask for marriage
Otherwise, have you checked if they love each other enough? -
It's all good, I managed to solve it, but actually I got divorced: she was an aspiration for love lol.

You don't like Sims with a love aspiration ^^
(like me ^^) -
