Hello,

My computer screen is plugged in correctly but it isn’t working. When I turn it on, the screen says: SANE SIGNAL.

Please respond to me as quickly as possible.

    Hello,
that means no signal, you need to check your connection on the graphics card.

Okay, thank you, but I don’t really know anything about it and I don’t know where it is.

At the back of your PC, you follow the cable that comes from the monitor and you verify that it is properly connected.

On the back of your PC, unplug and replug your connection, screen, and check again if it works.

I have the impression that the graphics card is dead; to be sure, someone would need to lend you a screen to see if it’s the same before you make a statement.

It’s preferable to try another screen to be able to target the fault.
    Keep me posted please

How is the graphics card inside the CPU (inside the PC case)?

Could it be that it’s due to an unfinished update?

It could be an integrated graphics card or a dedicated graphics card added, but you can tell by opening the Task Manager compared to the display connection.

But the problem is mainly that last night very late there were updates that I didn't finish because it was really very late; could it be that it's because of him/her?
