I just remembered a song that I used to like a lot... it's quite old, I think it dates back to the 90s, but I'm not sure... It's a girl who sings, she has long blond hair like Kesha, and she has a ring in her nose as well. I really liked one of her songs but I can't remember what it was. So just the name of the singer would be very helpful for me to find the song.
