Hello,
I just bought this Strong 6410 decoder and I can't find how to remove the subtitle settings every time I change channels. I can remove it temporarily by pressing SUB and selecting OFF, but as soon as I change channels I have to do it again: it's tedious. However, I assume it's possible to set this parameter to OFF by default.
Thanks to anyone who can help me.
Have a good afternoon.

I found the solution: Menu/Installation/System settings/language selection.
It's logical after all. But since I lost the documentation, I didn't think it could be in system settings.
So silly!!!!!!!

I had the same problem with the Strom 504 DVD decoder. Thank you.
Hello
I am a hard of hearing person and I have a TV for which I am unable to activate the subtitles because the remote control doesn't work. Even in the TV menu, it doesn’t function.
So, the decoder you have, does it work? How does it work? Does the decoder have an independent remote control?
Thank you!
