Mastercard Mozaic card declined on Steam?

Hello,
some time ago I received my new Mozaic Mastercard payment card, so I have a checking account. But when I want to buy a game on the Steam platform, it tells me at the last operation before the transaction:
"Unable to process your purchase. The credit card information has been declined by your bank.
Note: In some cases, your bank may 'hold' funds in your account without actually charging any fees. If, after checking the information below, you believe your card was declined in error, please try to place your order again."
Recently I changed the maximum limit from €40/week to unlimited. Is my card exclusively a store purchase card, refusing all internet transactions?

It’s probably a card that can only be used for withdrawing cash from ATMs.
Otherwise, contact your bank to see if the account is overdrawn.
