What is the AVP authorization fee?

Hello everyone,

I just received my bank statements and I see that my provider charged 9.10 euros for the "AVP authorization fees."
What does this refer to? Is it normal? Will this happen often?
This is the first time I've linked my phone subscription to my personal bank account, so I'm not quite familiar with everything yet!

    In banking language, an AVP is a direct debit authorization, if that helps.
