How to reset TI-82 calculator (black)

Hello,

I have a problem displaying curves: when I try to display a function, even the most basic one like y = x, an error message appears: ERR: INVALID DIM. So I look in the window (my calculator is in French): everything is set normally
Xmin = -10
Xmax = 10
Xgrad = 1
Ymin = -10
Ymax = 10
Ygrad = 1
Xrés = 1

What should I do to reset this calculator or just solve the problem? THX P.S. I already asked my math teacher who didn't know the source of the problem. Thank you

    mine is red, I had a similar problem. The solution:
    type "2nd", "graphic stats" at the top left all the graphs should be "off" if one is "on" you know it click "enter" select "off", "2nd", "quit"

    Hi, do you have a small rubber button near the batteries? If so, you need to press it for a few seconds with a sharp object.
