Impossible de télécharger les .exe, .zip

Question

Bonjour,

Ca fait un certains temps que je cherche et que je ne trouve pas comment réglé ce problème, d'habitude je trouve, mais la mystère.

Je ne peux plus télécharger de fichier ayant l'extension .exe, .zip et .rar que se soit avec firefox/internet explorer/google chrome/safari. -_-

Pour firefox j'ai connexion réinitialisée et IE/safari/chrome "impossible d'accéder à cette page" sur tout les sites. Je suppose que c'est un virus ou quelconque trojan. J'ai réussi à télécharger hikackthis (avec l'extension .msi ).

vue l'état de ton problème essaye de lancer combofix 

---> Télécharge ComboFix.exe de sUBs sur ton Bureau :   

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe   

/!\ Déconnecte-toi du net et ferme toutes les applications, antivirus et antispyware y compris /!\   

---> Double-clique sur Combofix.exe   
Un "pop-up" va apparaître qui dit que "ComboFix est utilisé à vos risques et avec aucune garantie...".   
Accepte en cliquant sur "Oui"   

---> Mets-le en langue française F   
Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.   

/!\ Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé. /!\   

En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire.   

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu   

/!\ Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton antivirus et de ton antispyware avant de te reconnecter à Internet. /!\   

Note : Le rapport se trouve également là : C:\ComboFix.txt

Double-clique sur l'icone rkill ( pour Vista/Seven clic-droit Exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur)
Un bref écran noir t'indiquera que le tool s'est correctement exécuter, s'il ne lance pas

bien comment va le PC ? 

==> Télécharge ZHPDiag (de Nicolas Coolman) 

https://www.zebulon.fr/telechargements/securite/systeme/zhpdiag.html 

==> Enregistre le sur ton Bureau. 

Une fois le téléchargement achevé, 

==> Lance ZHPDiag.exe et clique sur suivant pour lancer l'installation dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre. 

==> Clique sur le tournevis en haut à droite (option) puis cocher toutes les cases des options. 

==> Clique sur la loupe pour lancer l'analyse. 

A la fin de l'analyse, 

==> Clique sur l'appareil photo et enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau.

J'ai fait une connexion avec un téléphone, les téléchargements marchent bien, je vais beaucoup plus vite que le filaire. ;)

Live CD ? Live CD de ubuntu, mandriva ? J'ai pas de problème sur ces OS.

Avec la même connexion et un téléphone ça marche bien les téléchargements.
Avec le même PC sur un autre OS, ça marche bien.
Avec ce PC sous Windows, ça merdouille

A peu près. Sauf que j'ai toujours une connexion par un téléphone mobile si tu préfères. =)

Mais la connexion tel ça n'a rien à voir avec ta connexion internet, c'est un autre prestataire (car je suis une bille en tel portable).   

Parce que là ce qu'il faut essayer de déterminer, c'est si ça vient de ton PC OU de  ta connexion.   
Donc si ça marche avec la Live CD, y a des chances que ce soit Windows et pas ta connexion internet qui merdouille.   
Autre test à faire ça aurait été de tester la connexion avec un autre PC.

Menu Démarrer / Programmes / Accessoires, clic droit "executer en tant qu'admin" sur l'invite de commandes.

T'attends 5 minutes et tu fermes la fenêtre noire.

J'ai fait une connexion avec un téléphone, les téléchargements marchent bien, je vais beaucoup plus vite que le filaire. ;) 

A moins que tu te connectes un routeur playskool, un tel qui va plus vite qu'un PC sur internet, y a un prb, je pense !

ha bha on pouvait pas deviner que tu étais en 56K ..... 

Mais quand tu utilises un proxy, c'est systématique, ça marche ? 
genre si tu fais 5 téléchargements de "gros fichiers" 4-5 Mo. 
Ca marche à tous les coups ? 

Parce que bon le 56K c'est pas super fiable pour télécharger.... et c'est assez aléatoire :\

Bon je recommence ><, je n'ai pas de connexion filaire, aucune, je sais juste que la même personne dans l'appartement à une connexion filaire mauvaise, sur n'importe quel FAI ça le fait, c'est le filaire on n'y peut rien. ;)

J'ai donc choisi de prendre mon téléphone mobile comme connexion internet qui est largement supérieur au filaire. (je passe donc par des antennes relaies) ;)

Pour le téléchargement aucun problème, je peux télécharger deux trois fichiers de 2Go en même temps. ;)


C'est juste quand ce moment, j'ai connexion réinitialisée quand je veux télécharger un .exe.

Télécharge UsbFix (de Chiquitine29) sur ton bureau 
http://pagesperso-orange.fr/NosTools/Chiquitine29/UsbFix.exe


Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir 

--> Double clic sur UsbFix 

clic sur le bouton Recherche


et  ne touche plus a rien pendant le scan

Une fois l'analyse terminée, un rapport de scan  est proposé... appuie sur une touche pour ouvrir ce rapport.
 copier/coller ce rapport  dans ta prochaine réponse
Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque

et bah voila  , c'est toujours ca
relance usbfix 
et cette fois fait l'option suppression 

--> Le pc va redémarer  

-->Après redémarrage poste le rapport UsbFix.txt  

Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque  
Note : Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche" , tape explorer.exe et valide! 
Quand les bornes sont franchies, il n'y a plus de limite

Télécharges AD-Remover ( de Cyrildu17 / C_XX ) sur ton bureau :

/!\ Déconnectes toi et fermes toutes applications en cours 

? Double clique sur le programme d'installation , et installe le dans son emplacement par défaut. ( C:\Program files ) 
? Double clique sur l'icône Ad-remover située sur ton bureau 
? Au menu principal choisi l'option "SCAN" 
? Postes le rapport qui apparait à la fin . 

( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report(date).log ) 

(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )
