      Hello and thanks Marion

      the solution is quite funny
actually a problem with the USB cable
I found some new equipment and then nothing more
I changed the cable and it's all good
thanks again and have a good weekend

    Good evening

Like most USB-connected devices and as certainly noted in big letters on your manual, the device should not be connected to the PC before installing the drivers. I have a 640, the drivers are included with the machine, 1 Windows CD and 1 Mac CD. I was able to install it without any problems.
So, install the driver with the USB unplugged and connect it when the installation software asks you to.

      Hello and thank you

      I found eureka in Greek

Actually, it was the USB cable I had tested that was faulty
It recognized new hardware and then nothing, I changed it and everything is fine

      Thank you
      to
you and have a good day
