Convert ITHMB files to JPEG

Hello,
I would like to convert photos from the ithmb format on a USB stick to jpeg format on a PC

Can anyone tell me how to do this? Is there software available?
(I don't have an iPhone)

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

     "Connectez votre iPhone, allez dans le panneau de configuration, scanners et caméras et ouvrez l'iPhone. Vous verrez un assistant qui vous guide à travers le téléchargement de tous les fichiers. Les miens se téléchargent en format .jpg. Pas de logiciel douteux, juste la joie de Windows/iPhone."

    In French, that says (for Windows): control panel > scanner & photo app > find your mobile device in this list > import.

    I tried it and it works perfectly, also with my iPad!

      Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, your solution is for people who have an iPod (which is not my case); I have my photos on a USB drive. The program you mentioned asks me to connect my iPod, but I don't have one!!!!!!!!!
