Bonjour,

Mon site est infecté par un virus et je ne sais pas du tout comment m'en débarasser.
Est ce que vous pourriez m'aider ?

Ton antivirus (F-Secure Anti-Virus) te propose de le laisser faire la désinfection.

Il ne t'a pas proposé de mettre en quarantaine?

Il y a un outil très efficace pour ces "cochonneries"; c'est "Malwarebytes". Tu le trouveras ici:

Me revoilà, tu avais raison F-secure n'avais pas supprimer le virus.
Malwarebytes en a détecté 2. Donc sur mon poste c'est bon
Mais comment je dois faire pour analyser mon site ?

Alors là, tu me vois bien désolé, mais ma "culture informatique" (celle d'un retraité autodidacte!) ne me permet pas de t'aider d'avantage..............!

Il faut absolument que tu commences par nettoyer ton PC que tu utilises pour gérer ton site, il y a de grandes chance qu'il soit infecté (à moins que vous êtes plusieurs à avoir des accès FTP auquel cas c'est un autre PC).


Si tu veux qu'on verif, fais ça :

Désactive les logiciels de protection (Antivirus, Antispywares) puis :

Télécharge Combofix sUBs : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs!

Double-clic sur combofix, accepte la licence d'utilisation et laisse toi guider.

Eventuellement, installe la console de récupération comme cela est conseillé

Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.

PS : si Combofix ne se lance pas, renomme le fichier Combofix et retente.

Si pas mieux, tente en mode sans échec sans prise en charge du réseau : Redémarre en mode sans échec, pour cela, redémarre l'ordinateur, avant le logo Windows, tapote sur la touche F8, un menu va apparaître, choisis Mode sans échec et appuye sur la touche entrée du clavier.

Change le mot de passe FTP pour accéder aux sites.
Puis nettoyage la page.
Faut que tu supprimes le javascript pourri tout en bas de la page :

sur la page d'index de ton site, c'est ça qui est détecté par les antivirus et qui conduit au final à l'infection.

Si tu poses la question c'est que soit tu as tout lu du lien initial que j'ai donné (ça peux se comprendre y a bcp de blalba), soit tu n'as pas tout compris \o
En mm temps c'est pas simple à expliquer, je crois que je vais faire un schéma - j'te préviens chuis nul avec Paint \o/
