Pb PC trés lent au démarage/ l'utilisation

Bonjour,

Mon père a un problème avec son PC, il est trés lent que se soit au démarage ou à l'utilisation.
L'ordinateur est sous windows XP. Antivir en anti virus. J'ai lancé CCleaner mais cela n'a rien changé...

Pouvez vous me guider car là je ne sais pas trop quoi faire ?

A part que je viens de le redemarrer et qu'il a mis 15 min à se lancer, que j'ai voulu ouvrir l'explorateur idem.
j'avais déjà eu un souci sur mon ordi perso mais jamais comme cela!
J'ai lancé un hisjackthis je ne sais pas si cela peut aider.... par contre on voit symantec ..C'est norton c'est cela ? Je ne comprend il apparait dans le rapport alors qu il ne l'a pas je lui ai mis antivir ....

hijackthis n'est pas assez precis

vire les restes de Norton :

Désinstaller Produis Symantec :

Désinstalle via Ajout/Suppression de Programmes (si présents) :

* Symantec
* Norton
* LiveUpdate..


Télécharge et exécute le Norton Removal Tool.

ensuite :

Ce produit va désinstaller la majorité des traces des produits Symantec.

Télécharge OTL de OLDTimer

▶ enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

▶ Double clic ( pour vista / 7 => clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur") sur OTL.exe pour le lancer.

▶ Coche les 2 cases Lop et Purity

▶ Coche la case devant tous les utilisateurs

▶ règle age du fichier sur "60 jours"

▶ dans la moitié gauche , mets tout sur "tous"

ne modifie pas ceci :

"fichiers créés" et "fichiers Modifiés"

▶Clic sur Analyse.

A la fin du scan, le Bloc-Notes va s'ouvrir avec le rapport (OTL.txt).

Ce fichier est sur ton Bureau (en général C:\Documents and settings\le_nom_de_ta_session\OTL.txt)

▶▶▶ NE LE POSTE PAS SUR LE FORUM

Pour me le transmettre clique sur ce lien : http://www.cijoint.fr/

▶ Clique sur Parcourir et cherche le fichier ci-dessus.

▶ Clique sur Ouvrir.

▶ Clique sur "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier".

Un lien de cette forme :

http://www.cijoint.fr/cjlink.php?file=cjge368/cijSKAP5fU.txt

est ajouté dans la page.

▶ Copie ce lien dans ta réponse.

▶▶ Tu feras la meme chose avec le "Extra.txt" qui logiquement sera aussi sur ton bureau.

Alors là déja il demarre beaucoup plus vite... Encore lent à l'utilisation mais c est deja cool

la c est une bonne question puisque c'est l'ordi de mon père ... Comme il ramait il m'a demandé de voir le soucis.... donc pour le 1980 ... sachant que l'ordi a 2 ans je crois ..... c'est une trés bonne question .....

avant de faire quoi que ce soit , demande a ton pere s il a installé des logiciels relativement anciens.....ne fais rien pour l instant

Bon alors rien d'ancien d'installer. Juste des jeux, logiciel impression et photo et drivers (imprimante, apn)... voila. ....

oui, il n'a rien réinstallé après, pour les cartes graphiques etc c'est la programmation d'origine.
