ordi ralenti et ouverture de fenetre de pub

Question

bonjour. depuis un certain temps mon ordi est ralenti. des publicités en rapport avec les sites que je visite souvre sans arret. 
windows internet se ferme souvent tout seul. mon antivirus AVAST ne trouve rien.
si joint le rapport hijackthis. si quelqu un peut me conseiller. a savoir que je suis pas un pro de l informatique alors....

Pour information, ton PC est infecté par l'adware Navipromo/Magic Control qui affiche des publicités intempestives.  
Il s'installe via certains programmes, dont voici la liste :  

    * Funky Emoticons  
    * Games Attack

    * HotTVPlayer / HotTVPlayer & Paris Hilton  
    * Live Player  
    * MailSkinner  
    * Messenger Skinner  
    * Instant Access

Afin de permettre aux outils de désinfection de travailler correctement, on doit désactiver l'UAC

Certains fichiers de Navilog1.exe peuvent être considérés comme dangereux et donc supprimés ou neutralisés par certains programmes de sécurités.  
!! Désactive tes logiciels de sécurité, ferme toutes tes applications en cours, et déconnecte toi du net pendant le travail de l'outil !!  

Télécharge Navilog (de il-Mafioso)sur le bureau et lance le programme  
- Sous XP double-clic sur l'icône pour lancer l'outil.  
- Sous Vista/Seven  clic-droit sur l'icône et choisir "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" dans le menu contextuel.  
* Après avoir choisis la langue, on arrive au menu principal : Navilog1  
* Tape sur la touche 1 : Navilog effectue la vérification du système à la recherche de l'infection  
Cette analyse peut durer une dizaine de minutes. Si des éléments indésirables sont trouvés, Navilog demandera à redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer le nettoyage.
    * Patiente alors jusqu'au message «Scan terminée le ....»  
    * Appuie sur une touche comme demandé et le rapport va s'ouvrir  
      (si le bloc-note ne s'ouvre pas : il se trouve dans C:\cleannavi.txt)  
    * Enregistre-le sur le bureau  
    * Copie-Colle l'intégralité de ce rapport dans la réponse

Nous allons ensuite utiliser cet outil de diagnostic plus complet afin d'identifier si ta machine a d'autres problèmes. 

Télécharge OTL  (de OldTimer) sur ton Bureau. 

!! Ferme toutes tes applications en cours !! 

    * Double-clique sur OTL.exe pour le lancer. 
      Sous Vista/Seven : clic-droit sur l'icône et choisir "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" dans le menu contextuel. 
    * L'interface principale s'ouvre : 
    * Dans la section Rapport en haut à droite de la fenêtre, coche Rapport minimal 
    * Coche également les cases Recherche LOP et Recherche Purity

    * Clique sur le bouton Analyse, patiente pendant le balayage du système.

Pour me les transmettre tu dois te rendre sur ce site http://www.cijoint.fr/ , tu cliques sur parcourir et tu sélectionnes le premier rapport sur ton bureau, tu coches "Rendre public le fichier" et ensuite tu cliques sur "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier", il va te donner un lien de ce type http://www.cijoint.fr/cjlink.php?file=cj200906/XcijvLjYL5L.txt que tu copies/colles dans ton message. idem pour le 2nd rapport.

1°) Commence d'abord par désactiver l'UAC :

Suit le lien ci dessus et suit les procédure demandé pour désactiver l'UAC de Vista.

Téléchargez et enregistrez Navilog1 sur le Bureau.



Sous vista : faites un clic droit sur Navilog1 présent sur le Bureau et choisissez "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

Choisissez votre langue, appuyez sur F pour Français.

Appuyez sur une touche jusqu'à ce que vous arriviez au menu des options.

Choisissez l'option 1 (Recherche / Désinfection Automatique).

Laissez le programme travailler, il pourrait durer une dizaine de minutes.

Si l'outil trouve quelque chose, il sera amené à faire redémarrer l'ordinateur.

Lorsque le message "Scan terminé le..." s'affichera, appuyez sur une touche pour faire apparaitre le rapport dans le Bloc-notes (il sera aussi enregistré automatiquement sur votre disque dur : C:\cleannavi.txt)

j'ai effectivement telecharger un logiciel pour regarder la TV il y a quelque temps peut etre cela venait il de la.

Je continu.

Il se pourrait qu'il reste des traces d'infections après la désinfection avec Navilog1. 

Je vous conseille donc de faire une analyse avec ce logiciel très performant.

Téléchargez Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.

Laissez-vous guider lors de l'installation.

La mise à jour se fait automatiquement lors de l'installation.

Ouvrez MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware, cliquez sur Exécuter un examen complet puis sur Rechercher.

Sélectionnez les disques que vous voulez analyser puis cliquer sur Lancer l'examen.

Laissez maintenant l'analyse se réaliser, cela peut prendre un peu de temps.

Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliquez sur OK puis sur Afficher les résultats.

Vérifiez que tout soit bien coché et cliquez sur supprimer la sélection.

Un rapport va être généré... Postez le rapport dan ta prochaine réponse comme la précédente.

Recherche de barre d'outils néfastes:

Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.

Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D (clic droit > "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" sous Vista et Seven et désactiver l'UAC au préalable).

Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.

random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau. 

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT. 

Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer. 

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Quand tu clique sur " fix checked" il est normale que sa se ferme. Refait un rapport Hijackthis, de façon normale...

Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"

Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note

Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport
