Nouvelle infection et affichage inversé

Bonjour,

Une de mes connaissances a un portable fonctionnant sous Windows
avec Kaspersky 2010 pas à jour.
Suite au passage d'une clé douteuse sur l'appareil
l'affichage s'est inversé.

Ci dessous les résultats de USBFix
tout d'abord en diagnostic (option 1)

Remarque :

1°) Pour le problème d'affichage apparu semble t il après une nouvelle infection. Est-ce que cela peut être du aux virus. Quoiqu'il en soit, 'espère qu'il n'y a pas de contrindication à restaurer manuellement un affichage correct.
2°) L'appareil fonctionne a présent sous Avast 5.0
3°) Le fichier a été uploadé comme demandé

Merci de me dire s'il y a lieu de poster le scan OTL
comme demandé précédemment
et si non comment continuer.
