Help me ! Ordi infecté par ICCP foundation

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.0.19


Bonjour à tous, j'en appelle aujourd'hui à votre collaboration et votre bienveillance pour m'aider à nettoyer mon ordi. A désinfecter même ! LOL !

Je vous expose mon problème plus en détail.

Cela faisait déjà quelques temps que mon ordi ramait, il était lent. Je ne sais pas si c'était lié, mais je suspectais la présence de logiciels espions qui me faisaient ouvrir des pages internet sans mon consentement.

Et puis, hier, alors que je surfais en toute tranquillité, Avira m'alerte de la présence de virus, à plusieurs reprises, à plusieurs reprises j'ai cliqué sur supprimer. Et puis, je constate que sur le bureau de l'ordi, un raccourci ARManager s'est installé. Puis l'ordi redémarre de lui meme. 

Au redémarrage, stupeur ! L'ordi devient inutilisable, un message inquiétant me signale que j'ai sur l'ordi plusieurs torrents ou des fichiers qui contreviennent aux lois internationales du téléchargement légal, il m'invite à régler par carte bancaire une certaine somme. Je ne suis pas dupe. Je sais que c'est un VIRUS (cheval de troie ?). Je constate sur les forums que plusieurs internautes ont eu affaire à cette bestiole.

Ordi inutilisable donc en l'état. PS : c'est le compte admin qui en devenait donc inutilisable. Que fais-je alors ? Je me connecte via une autre session admininistrateur, et je supprime le programme ARManager de l'ordi. Pas en mode sans échec. Je sais pas trop y faire !

Résulat : quand je démarre avec la session infecté, maintenant je me retrouve avec le dossier Mes document ouvert au démarrage, je n'ai pas le Bureau. Quand je suis sur internet, les pages ne sont pas convenablement redirigées, des pages de faux scans de virus s'ouvrent inopportunément, ...

En bref c'est la galère !

Fais Ctrl + ALT + Suppr  

Cherche le processus suivant :  

apmanager.exe  

Clic droit sur ce dernier : Arrêter le processus.  

********  


Reviens sur le gestionnaire des tâches.  
Nouvelle tâche : explorer.exe puis [Entrée].  

normalement tu retrouves ton bureau et tes icônes. 

Ensuite 

telecharge ceci , enregistre sur le bureau , execute-le ensuite , et redemarre ton pc

Tu penses (je me permets de tutoyer lol) qu'il n'ya pas de risques ?
Mais est-il possible qu'un autre virus ou autre se soit insinué dans l'ordi de façon concomittente, et soit la cause de ces troubles ?

DESACTIVE TON ANTIVIRUS ET TON PAREFEU SI PRESENTS !!!!!(car il est detecté a tort comme infection) 

? Télécharge List_Kill'em et enregistre le sur ton bureau

double clique ( clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista/7 ) sur le raccourci sur ton bureau pour lancer l'installation 

Laisse coché : 

 Executer Shortcut 
 Executer List_Kill'em 

une fois terminée , clic sur "terminer" et le programme se lancera seul 

choisis l'option Search 

laisse travailler l'outil 

à l'apparition de la fenetre blanche , c'est un peu long , c'est normal , le programme n'est pas bloqué. 

 Poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre aux 100 % du scan à l'ecran "COMPLETED"

J'ai carrément supprimé Avira, le programme ne se lançait pas.

J'ai essayé d'installer List_Kill'em, mais j'ai un message d'erreur :

Une erreur est survenue lors de la copie d'un fichier :
Le fichier source est altéré

Appuyer sur Réessayer pour essayer à nouveau, Ignorer  pour passer ce fichier (déconseillé), ou Abandonner pour annuler l'installation.

Télécharge ZHPDiag ( de Nicolas coolman ).

 Double clique sur le fichier d'installation, puis installe le avec les paramètres par défaut ( N'oublie pas de cocher " Créer une icône sur le bureau " )
 
Lance ZHPDiag en double cliquant sur l'icône présente sur ton bureau (Clique droit -> Executer en tant qu'admin pour vista ) 

Clique sur la loupe en haut à gauche, puis laisse l'outil scanner. 

Une fois le scan terminé, clique sur l'icône en forme de disquette et enregistre le fichier sur ton bureau. 

Rend toi sur Cjoint : http://www.cijoint.fr/ 

Clique sur "Parcourir " dans la partie " Joindre un fichier[...] " 

Sélectionne le rapport ZHPdiag.txt qui se trouve sur ton bureau 

Clique ensuite sur "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier " et copie/colle le lien dans ton prochain message

Si ça peut t'aider, j'ai tout de meme procéder au scan via List'em (j'ai ignoré le fichier). Je te poste le rapport.

Mais avant ça, j'ai bien le rapport ZHPdiag.txt sur le bureau, mais je n'arrive pas à "utiliser" cijoint, j'obtiens :

J'ai essayé la fonction CLEAN, l'ordi redémarre, mais pas de scan ni rien. Ca redémarre et rien ne se passe en fait, j'accède au compte, puis pareil pas de bureau, le dossier Mes documents à la place, pas de barre de tâches ni rien.

J'ai constaté aussi que mon espace libre C: est proche de 0, ce qui m'étonne, il y'a 1 jour j'étais à 2 Go (oui c'est pas top non plus, mais ça me laissait assez de place pour télécharger vos logiciels, du coup là je vais être obligé d'effacer des fichiers au fur et à mesure je crois... on verra).

Je galère grave là, l'ordi fait n'importe nawak, firefox ne démarre même plus. Firefox déconne grave pour le coup !

. Enregistres le sur le bureau 
. Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.  
. Dans l'onglet "mise à jour", cliques sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour 
. Si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, accepte 
. Une fois la mise à jour terminé 
. Rend-toi dans l'onglet, Recherche 
. Sélectionnes Exécuter un examen complet (examen assez long) 
. Cliques sur Rechercher 
. Le scan démarre.  
. A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche : L'examen s'est terminé normalement.  
Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.  
. Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre. 
. [b]Si des malwares ont été détectés, clique sur  Afficher les résultats 
. Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection  
Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine. 
. Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse.  
. Rends toi dans l'onglet rapport/log  
. Tu cliques dessus pour l'afficher, une fois affiché 
. Tu cliques sur edition en haut du boc notes, et puis sur sélectionner tous  
. Tu recliques sur edition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse 
. tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la reponse et coller

Quelques précisions complémentaires, ça mange pas de pain ! 
Suite au scan et à la suppresion des Malware  par MBAM, j'ai redémarré l'ordi :
* le bureau est réapparu ainsi que la barre démarrer, 
* l'ordi est lent
* l'espace sur le disque dur se réduit encore, malgré les suppressions de gros fichiers, comme si je téléchargeais " en fond " quelque chose de volumineux, alors que non.

nan, du tout !

le scan était long, donc j'avais laissé tourné l'ordi la nuit, au matin, l'ordi était comme saturé, j'avais pas accès au programmes ni rien, j'ai pu sauvegardé durement le fichier .log

Mais moi ça me semble bizarre, parce que le logiciel précédent ComboFix avait du redémarrer le système à plusieurs reprises, j'avais un message du genre "le système doit redémarrer présence d'un rootkit détecté".

* - Coche    Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés
* - Décoche Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu
* - Décoche Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)

&#9654 clique sur Appliquer, puis OK.

N'oublie pas de recacher à nouveau les fichiers cachés et protégés du système d'exploitation en fin de désinfection, c'est important

Fais analyser le(s) fichier(s) suivants sur Virustotal :

    * Clique sur Parcourir en haut, choisis Poste de travail et cherche ces fichiers :

    * Clique maintenant sur Envoyer le fichier. et laisse travailler tant que "Situation actuelle : en cours d'analyse" est affiché.
    * Il est possible que le fichier soit mis en file d'attente en raison d'un grand nombre de demandes d'analyses. En ce cas, il te faudra patienter sans actualiser la page.
    * Lorsque l'analyse est terminée ("Situation actuelle: terminé"), clique sur Formaté
    * Une nouvelle fenêtre de ton navigateur va apparaître
    * Clique alors sur les deux fleches
    * Fais un clic droit sur la page, et choisis Sélectionner tout, puis copier
    * Enfin colle le résultat dans ta prochaine réponse.

Note : Pour analyser un autre fichier, clique en bas sur Autre fichier.

en fait, j'avais arrêté l'ordi - voyant que la barre de fin d'installation n'avançait pas - et il se trouve que le service Pack 3 a bien été installé.

Je suis pas sûr que ce soit installé à 100 %, mais quand je regarde les informations du système, c'est bien écrit Service Pack 3.

A la fin du scan, le Bloc-Notes va s'ouvrir avec le rapport (OTL.txt).

un travail a ete mal fini en relisant tout , puis je pense que firefox n'est pas fonctionnel à 100 %

Télécharge OTL de OLDTimer

&#9654 enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

&#9654 Double clic ( pour vista / 7 => clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur") sur OTL.exe pour le lancer.

&#9654 Coche les 2 cases Lop et Purity

&#9654 Coche la case devant tous les utilisateurs

&#9654 règle age du fichier sur "60 jours"

&#9654 dans la moitié gauche , mets tout sur "tous"

ne modifie pas ceci : 

"fichiers créés" et "fichiers Modifiés" 

&#9654Clic sur Analyse.

A la fin du scan, le Bloc-Notes va s'ouvrir avec le rapport (OTL.txt).

Ce fichier est sur ton Bureau (en général C:\Documents and settings\le_nom_de_ta_session\OTL.txt)

&#9654 Clique sur le menu Demarrer /Panneau de configuration/Options des dossiers/ puis dans l'onglet Affichage
* - Coche    Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés
* - Décoche Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu
* - Décoche Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)

&#9654 clique sur Appliquer, puis OK.

N'oublie pas de recacher à nouveau les fichiers cachés et protégés du système d'exploitation en fin de désinfection, c'est important

Fais analyser le(s) fichier(s) suivants sur Virustotal :

Virus Total

    * Clique sur Parcourir en haut, choisis Poste de travail et cherche ces fichiers :

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\musm3gld.sys

    * Clique maintenant sur Envoyer le fichier. et laisse travailler tant que "Situation actuelle : en cours d'analyse" est affiché.
    * Il est possible que le fichier soit mis en file d'attente en raison d'un grand nombre de demandes d'analyses. En ce cas, il te faudra patienter sans actualiser la page.
    * Lorsque l'analyse est terminée ("Situation actuelle: terminé"), clique sur Formaté
    * Une nouvelle fenêtre de ton navigateur va apparaître
    * Clique alors sur les deux fleches
    * Fais un clic droit sur la page, et choisis Sélectionner tout, puis copier
    * Enfin colle le résultat dans ta prochaine réponse.

Note : Pour analyser un autre fichier, clique en bas sur Autre fichier.

&#9654 Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] . 

&#9654 Au second menu Choisis l'option " 1 " (recherche) et tape sur [entrée]

&#9654 Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) 

 Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. 
          Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. 
          Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

&#9654  (!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

&#9654 Double clic (clic droit "en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista)sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau

&#9654 Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .

&#9654 Au second menu Choisis l'option " 2 " ( Suppression ) et tape sur [entrée]  

&#9654 Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

&#9654 Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.

&#9654 Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

bien je propose un grand menage à effectuer pour finir en beauté : Pour nettoyer les outils utilsés et mieux sécuriser ton pc -------------------------------------------------------------- ▶---> Télécharge ToolsCleaner2sur ton Bureau. * Double-clique (clic droit "en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista) sur ToolsCleaner2.exe pour le lancer. * Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir. * Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser. * Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives. * Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport. * Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\). ___________________________________________________ ▶ Tu peux supprimer ToolCleaner ___________________________________________________ ▶ Télécharge :ATF Cleaner par Atribune Double-clique (clic droit "en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista) ATF-Cleaner.exe afin de lancer le programme. Sous l'onglet Main, choisis : Select All Clique sur le bouton Empty Selected Si tu utilises le navigateur Firefox : Clique Firefox au haut et choisis : Select All Clique le bouton Empty Selected a NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invité. Si tu utilises le navigateur Opera : Clique Opera au haut et choisis : Select All Clique le bouton Empty Selected NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invité. Clique Exit, du menu prinicipal, afin de fermer le programme. Pour obtenir du Support technique, double-clique l'adresse électronique située au bas de chacun des menus. __________________________________________________ ▶ Tu peux garder ATF pour d'eventuels netttoyages un peu plus poussés __________________________________________________ ▶ Télécharge et installe CCleaner (N'installe pas la Yahoo Toolbar) : * Lance-le.(clic droit "en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista) Va dans Options puis Avancé et décoche la case Effacer uniquement les fichiers etc.... * Va dans Nettoyeur, choisis Analyse. Une fois terminé, lance le nettoyage. * Ensuite, choisis Registre, puis Chercher des erreurs. Une fois terminé, répare toutes les erreurs tant de fois qu il en trouve a l analyse * Veille a ce que dans les options le reglage soit au demarrage de windows et réglé sur "effacement securisé" 35 passes (guttman) __________________________________________________ Attention : ne pas toucher au PC pendant qu'il travaille ! ▶ Nettoyage et Défragmentation de tes Disques *Nettoyage : Clic droit sur "poste de travail"(ordinateur pour vista) ==>"ouvrir" ==>clic droit sur le disque C ==>Propriétés ==>onglet "Général" Cliques sur le bouton "nettoyage de disque", OK tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques ________________________________________________ *Vérifications des erreurs : Clic droit sur "poste de travail"(ordinateur pour vista) ==>"ouvrir" ==>clic droit sur le disque C ==>Propriétés ==>onglet "Outil" "Vérifier maintenant", une boîte s'ouvre, cocher les cases : -réparer automatiquement les erreurs... -rechercher et tenter une récupération... --->Démarrer, ok Note : s'il te dis de redémarrer ton Pc pour le faire , tu redémarres et tu laisses faire, cela prend un peu de temps c'est normal tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques ________________________________________________ ensuite toujours dans le même onglet tu choisis : *Défragmentation : "défragmenter maintenant", OK une boîte s'ouvre, tu sélectionnes le disque à défragmenter, et tu cliques sur "analyser", puis après l'analyse, "défragmenter" . OK tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques _______________________________________________ Note : si tu as un utilitaire pour défragmenter , utilises le à la place pour ce faire Defraggler est proposé _________________________________________________ ▶ Peux-tu vérifier ta Console Java ? : et installer la nouvelle version si besoin est (dans ce cas désinstalle avant l'ancienne version). voici pour desinstaller : JavaRa Décompresse le fichier sur le Bureau (Clic droit > Extraire tout). * Double-clique (clic droit "en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista) sur le répertoire JavaRa. * Puis double-clique sur le fichier JavaRa.exe (le exe peut ne pas s'afficher). * Choisis Français puis clique sur Select. * Clique sur Recherche de mises à jour. * Sélectionne Mettre à jour via jucheck.exe puis clique sur Rechercher. * Autorise le processus à se connecter s'il le demande, clique sur Installer et suis les instructions d'installation qui prennent quelques minutes. * L'installation est terminée, reviens à l'écran de JavaRa et clique sur Effacer les anciennes versions. * Clique sur Oui pour confirmer. Laisse travailler et clique ensuite sur OK, puis une deuxième fois sur OK. * Un rapport va s'ouvrir. Poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse. * Ferme l'application. N'oublie pas de faire les mises à jour avant de les utiliser. * Pense aussi à faire une défragmentation de tes disques durs de temps en temps (garde suffisamment d'espace sur C:\ (1/3 de libre pour être à l'aise)) _____________ ▶ Pour bien protéger ton PC : [1 seul Antivirus] + [1 seul Pare feu] + [Un bon Antispyware] + [Mises à Jour récentes Windows et Logiciels de Protection] + [Utilisation de Firefox -ou autres- (Internet Explorer présente des failles de sécurité qui mettent longtemps avant d'être corrigées mais il faut absolument le conserver pour les mises à jour Windows et Windows live Messenger)] Je te conseille d'installer cette extension pour Firefox pour securiser ton surf : WOT Je te conseille d'installer cette extension pour Internet Explorer pour securiser ton surf : WOT PS : En fait la meilleure des protections c'est toi même : ce que tu fais avec ton PC : où tu surfes, télécharges...ect.... Les virus utilisent les failles de ton PC pour infecter un système ▶ dans le souhait de vouloir desinstaller un antivirus au profit d'un autre , voici quelques liens : Desinstaller Avast Desinstaller BitDefender Desinstaller Norton Desinstaller Kaspersky Desinstaller AVG ou tout en un : Désinstallation Antivirus , Parefeu , Antispyware _____________ ▶ Si tu as Vista n'oublie pas de réactiver le controle des comptes des utilisateurs(UAC) ___________ ▶ Si tu as Spybot S&D et que nous avons desactive le "Tea-timer" tu peux le réactiver ___________ ▶ si nous avons affiché les fichiers cachés , n'oublies pas de les remettre en attribut "caché" ▶ Clique sur le menu Demarrer /Panneau de configuration/Options des dossiers/ puis dans l'onglet Affichage * - Décoche Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés * - coche Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu * - coche Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé) ▶ clique sur Appliquer, puis OK. ____________ Voila, Bonne lecture, à bientot , une fois tout ceci fait, tu peux mettre le topic en resolu Bonne continuation et surtout , prudence et bon surf :)

J'ai parlé trop vite, l'ordi sest certes remis pas mal sur pied, mais j'ai quand même des fenêtres publicitaires qui me spament alors que je suis sur google par exemple. Etrange.

Alors, j'ai fait tout le ménage. Installé online Armor, et toujours des fenêtres publicitaires qui apparaissent, simplement quand je surfe sur Commentcamarche par exemple ou yahoo. Une solution ?
