Assassin's Creed 2 assassinate Antonio Maffei

Hello everyone,

I'm stuck in the game Assassin's Creed 2, in a mission where we have to assassinate Antonio Maffei at the top of a tower. The thing is, I've already done all the towers in the city, including the one with the red circle (target), and he is not there!!

Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

Thank you for this video, I found another one as well, but actually I managed to solve the problem by assassinating the other targets before starting the Antonio contract... and there he was at the top of the tower!!... maybe a bug!!
