Bonjour à tous depuis quelque temps, Avira me signale au démarrage que mon pc est infecté par TR/Crypt.XPACK.GEN. J'ai essayer de le supprimer, il est toujours là, sa mise en quarantaine demeure impossible aussi.
Je suis tombé sur ce forum en cherchant sur google, et il me semble qu'il faut d'énorme travail pour ce libérer de ce Trojan, je vous demande de m'aider.

Il y un sérieux problème avec ces deux fichier,si je me réfère aux alertes de avira, ces fichier sont des Trojan...
le premier( C:\ProgramData\yahoo!\YAU\{4E252248-D2BD-4FD8-A508-147365B9EEEF}\BITE670.tmp ) je n'arrive jamais à l'atteindre, pour le supprimer ou le mettre en quarantaine, après sa détection il disparait aussitôt, pour le supprimer complètement j'ai essayer de supprimer le dossier dans lequel il se trouve(yahoo\YAU) mais, il est toujours signaler à le même dossier qui au paravent à été supprimer. C'est trop étrange!!!
Le deuxième (C:\Users\sia\AppData\Roaming\onload.exe) lui je peux l'atteindre, il ne disparait pas comme le premier, mais je n'arrive pas à faire une analyse de ce fichier sur le site https://www.virustotal.com/gui/ parce qu'une fenêtre s'ouvre me disant que je n'ai pas d'autorisation pour ouvrir ce fichier... Télécharge SEAF ( de C__XX ) sur ton bureau :

* Double clique sur "SEAF.exe" ( clique droit et "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista / 7 ) pour lancer l'outil.
* Dans l'encardré blanc " Entrez ci dessous...." copie/colle ceci :
BITE670.tmp
* Au niveau des " options des fichiers ", fait les réglages suivant :
> A "Calculer le checksum" , choisis : MD5
> Coche la case devant " Info. supplémentaire ".
> Coche la case devant " Afficher les ADS "
* Au niveau des " options du registre " :
> coche " chercher également dans le registre "
( ne touche à aucun autre réglage )
* Clique sur " Lancer la recherche " et laisse travailler l'outil ...
( cela peut-être plus ou moins long suivant les cas ).
--> Une fois terminé, une fenêtre avec un log .txt va s'afficher. Enregistre ce rapport de façon à le retrouver facilement ( sur le bureau par exemple ). Sinon il sera en outre sauvegardé à la racine de ton disque dur ( ici > C:\SEAFLog.txt )

1)
Relance ZHPDiag ( Clic droit " Executer en tant qu'administrateur " sous vista ) , fais un scan puis cette fois-ci cliques sur l'icone en forme d'écusson vert " ZHPFix ".
ZHPFix se lancera, clique maintenant sur le " H " bleu ( coller les lignes helper ) puis copie/colle ces lignes
O43 - CFD:Common File Directory ----D- C:\Program Files\AskTBar
O69 - SBI: prefs.js [sia - 1e9vyczn.default] user_pref("extensions.snipit.askTbInstalled", true);
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FE063DB1-4EC0-403e-8DD8-394C54984B2C} . (.Pas de propriétaire - Pas de description.) -- (.not file.)

Clique sur " Ok " , puis " Tous " et enfin " Nettoyer ".

Desactive ton antivirus le temps de la manip ainsi que ton parefeu si présent(car il est detecté a tort comme infection)
Télécharge et installe List&Kill'em et enregistre le sur ton bureau
http://sd-1.archive-host.com/...
double clique ( clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista/7 ) sur le raccourci sur ton bureau pour lancer l'installation
coche la case "creer une icone sur le bureau"
une fois terminée , clic sur "terminer" et le programme se lancer seul
choisis la langue puis choisis l'option SEARCH
laisse travailler l'outil
à l'apparition de la fenetre blanche , c'est un peu long , c'est normal , le programme n'est pas bloqué.
un rapport du nom de catchme apparait sur ton bureau , ignore-le,ne le poste pas , mais ne le supprime pas pour l instant, le scan n'est pas fini.
Poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre aux 100 % du scan à l'ecran "COMPLETED"
tu peux supprimer le rapport catchme.log de ton bureau maintenant.

le fameux fichier() qui déclenche l'alerte fait son apparition sous des nom diffèrent, mais il est toujours dans le même dossier, qui supprimé, se crée seul. Je me demande si c'est pas un logiciel qui est à l'origine de ça.

Bonjour, je croyait a une éventuelle manifestation du trojan, mais depuis ces dernier jours, plus d'amendement, il n'y a plus d'alerte. Tout est revenu dans l'ordre je crois!!
