Comment supprimer Trojan:WIN32/Alueron.DA

Question

Windows live onecare a détecté ce trojan TROJAN:WIN32/ALUREON.DA qu'il ne peut pas supprimer. Jai fait le scan avec gmer et ca prend du temps... est-ce normal? je l'ai donc arrêté.

quelqu'un peut m'aider s'il-vous-plaît???

télécharge hijackthis http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HJTInstall.exe 
>> enregistre la cible sous .... "le bureau" renomme HJTInstall.exe en par exemple HJT.exe 

>> Fais un double-clic sur "HJT.exe" afin de lancer l'installation 

>> Clique sur Install ensuite sur "I Accept" 

>> Clique sur" Do a scan system and save log file" 

>> Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier-coller de tout son contenu ici dans ta prochaine réponse

Télécharge combofix.exe 
 http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe 
 clique combofix.exe. 
 touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan. 
une fois fini un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse. 
Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt 

 

 Déconnecte toi d'internet  ferme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.et provisoirement
arrete les anti virus et autres protection pendand l'analyse
 Pendant la durée de l'analyse ne te sert pas de ton pc 


une fois l'analyse terminé ,remet toute tes protections antivirus et antispywares

pour avancer :

&#9654 Telecharge UsbFix 

 (!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir


&#9654 Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisis "éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur" .

&#9654 Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] . 

&#9654 Au second menu Choisis l'option " 1 " (recherche) et tape sur [entrée] 

&#9654 Laisse travailler l outil.

&#9654 Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) 

Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. 
          Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. 
          Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

il n'est pas utile de te debrancher d'internet , mais fait le
pour ce qui est de antivirus c'est préferable si tu sait comment faire

pour ce qui est de vista, si tu a des difficulté a faire fonctionner les outils que l'on te propose

Désactive le Contrôle d'Accès Utilisateur  VISTA

Pour cela,
--> déroule le menu Vista, 
-->choisir Panneau de configuration, 
-->clique sur Comptes d'utilisateurs et protection des utilisateurs 
-->puis sur Comptes d'utilisateur. 
Clique sur la mention Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs. 
-->Clique une dernière fois sur Continuer pour confirmer. 
-->Décoche Utiliser le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur, 
-->clique sur OK puis sur le bouton Redémarrer maintenant.

mais un scan avec Malwarebytes devrait l'avoir "de preference en sans echec " 
il trouvera d'autre spy

et cette fois fait l'option 2 

--> Le pc va redémarer 

-->Après redémarrage poste le rapport UsbFix.txt 

Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque 
Note : Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche" , tape explorer.exe et valide!
